“What’s Next…?” Solutions for the Manufacturing Industry

We are beyond thrilled to show the world the 2022 ITS “What’s Next?” Highlight video!

Over the last year, we have spent a considerable amount of time brainstorming, planning, learning, growing, and innovating. Our mission has been to constantly ask ourselves, “What’s Next?” in every facet of the business.

As many of you fellow leaders know, this sounds much easier than it actually is. What do our customers need? How can you serve them better? Such simple questions that have yielded intense conversations and big business decisions for ITS this last year.

As our customers grow and their technologies advance, ITS is moving in perfect parallel. While the technical documentation may  not be the most talked about slice of the manufacturing pie, we are remaining innovative and elevating documentation right alongside the industry.

Just over one year ago, we developed and launched our QuickResponse Library (QRL) solution. This solution is aimed at bringing content to the fingertips of those who need it, within three clicks. The QRL content is accessible on any mobile device, tablet, PC, and on Augmented Reality devices. Content is organized simply and intuitively, and easily accessible via QR code. It really is that simple.
